I am a fully qualified BACP registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), and accredited registrant with NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society).
I am trained in several modalities of therapy including person-centred/humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT) for adults. As we are all unique individuals I will tailor a personal approach to best suit each client's needs depending on what issues arise.

I completed an 18 month placement in the Red Door Project (formerly LCDAT) supporting clients recovering from drug and alcohol addiction.
I worked as a volunteer counsellor with SOSAD for 2 years, 2022-2023, a charity that works to raise awareness and prevention of suicide.
I am a counsellor and psychotherapist at the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre in Drogheda, helping cancer patients and their families to navigate their diagnosis, treatment, bereavement and recovery.I
I am an accredited menopause wellness practitioner and my specialist area is menopause and perimenopause.
Counselling can assist with menopause by providing emotional support, strategies for coping with symptoms, and addressing related mental health issues.
It can help women to navigate the physical and emotional changes, manage mood and improve overall quality of life during this transition.
