Expertise

I am an accredited menopause wellness practitioner and my specialist area is menopause and perimenopause.

Counselling can assist with menopause by providing emotional support, strategies for coping with symptoms, and addressing related mental health issues.

It can help women to navigate the physical and emotional changes, manage mood and improve overall quality of life during this transition.
